Hi All,

Just a little update on how things are going.  Hope you are all keeping well.

Well the stressful thing I was going through still hasn't been resolved feels like an up hill struggle at the moment and no end in sight.

My IBS-D could be because of the medical cannabis apparently it can happen.  The benefits from medical cannabis that I have had I will put up with the IBS-D maybe it might calm down eventually.

I have yet to see the Endo still waiting an appointment as with Rheumotolgy there are staffing shortages at the moment but have a few questions which I hope to ask when I finally see someone. Think I might have to chase up as I am well overdue Endo.

I have had some really bad panic attacks and fatigue not sure if this is menuopause related.  Periods are all over the place at the moment.

Finally I know someone please have been greatly effected by loosing our Queen Elizabeth if there is anyone wanting to talk I am here.  I know it has effected me reminding me of my mums passing.
