Hi All,
Hope everyone is keeping well.
My IBS is totally uncontrolable at the moment have even been tested for Coeliac thankfully it has come back clear. Still doesn't answer why this is such a big issue and has been for some time now. The mornings are always bad either IBS-D or IBS-A. Does anyone else have this with their autoimmune diseases?
I have recently read a helpful book on Addisons called Adrenal Insufficiency 101. I am currently have fatigue again. I am not sleeping well either which is not helping and have been craving salt. Not sure if its the lack of sleep or the IBS effecting the Addisons Disease.
The Behcets seems to be managed at the moment I still have sore hands at times and the odd mouth sore I am hoping it stays the same but know fatigue will not help.
Dercums is still the same although I have lost a little weight which is good. I hope that I can lose quite a bit but slowly. I am having a meal replacement drink for lunch instead of eating lunch and then have something to eat at tea time.
The lymphedema is no change since having been fitted with specially made socks this has improved. I no longer have split skin or leaking legs and although they are expensive think they are well worth the money. The swelling has improved as they prevent the legs swelling.
I think I am now classed as Perimenopausal and have concerns how this is going to effect the autoimmune diseases. Think that is why I am having problems sleeping and my periods have been late.
I am still taking the medical cannabis which is working well. I did wonder if this is what is causing the IBS but I don't think it is. I now only take one painkiller a day insteads of 12 tablets a day. Shocking really to take that many. I do worry about being able to afford this treatment in the future I don't want to go back to taking all those extra tablets it can't be good for your body to take so many.
I am still trying to promote my book but it is hard never doing marketing before any suggestions anyone?
Hope you are all having a good day today and tomorrow will be better
