Hi All,
Sorry it’s been a while but have been totally busy trying to push my book out into the market. I have been on a radio interview and done lots of other things. Hoping this will boost my book so keeping fingers crossed. I am also offering a free book if anyone is interested in one with the condition of leaving feedback on Amazon. I have had some amazing reviews in America hoping to get some local support, if you are interested in a book please email me with a subject heading “book”.
Back to the reality of health I have had recent good news my CPR levels have come down slightly. I am waiting for my copies so I can go through them myself. I have been able to crochet (well start learning to crochet). Something I would not have been able to do before as my hands can be painful. Maybe it’s been the warmer winter we have had so far….
The Addison’s is still up and down a little I seem to be craving salt only at certain times during the day. I have had sudden onset of fatigue and have had to just laydown and rest. There have been times I have gone really tanned. I find my periods effect Addison’s which makes sense in a way to do with the hormones.
The Dercum’s I still struggle with I have searched for a book but can not find one relating to this there is only on-line information. It’s the swelling which I struggle with and then the pain with this.
I have been crafting as usual I donated a lot of cards to JSPCA and hope to make more soon. I have started the diamond painting kits and really enjoy doing them. I have also started writing my new book which will go through my health journey. So I am trying to keep myself as mentally busy as possible when I can’t move much.
I am still seeing the pain clinic although I am sort of sitting on the fence so to speak. I find some of the things have helped. Going to the pain day was interesting and seeing other people with a wide range of pain and having a chat was good. I will keep you all posted on any updates on this.
If anyone does need anything you can contact me on my email a_fromager@hotmail.com just put in the subject field “blog”. Just with so much junk mail I would hate to miss anything if someone needed me.
The stocking for the lymphoedema are working well. No more skin infections and I am able to walk slightly better with my walking stick. Although I still can’t walk far it’s a start. I am also still using the vibration plate. I did have to stop for a few weeks ended up with an infection but back on it again.
Well I do hope you are all keeping well.

Thank you Alison for getting up and doing something especially when it must often feel like the last thing you want to do
