Hi all,
Hope all is okay with everyone sorry it has been a while but have been busy which is good for me. I have had an interview and also now helping Equal Rights for Cats and had a letter published in the process.
I am now trying to drive but a little nervous as it has been two years plus the car is a little bigger than I am used to. This means I will at last have some freedom and the wheelchair fits perfectly.
My poor son has had an op too which he has been brave and now goes for a scan this coming week. Hopefully this will be good results so keeping my fingers crossed.
I am to have the flu jab on Monday. Really is important to have this with us having a low immune system.
I am still having these awful internal tremors and feeling like I am on a boat. The other thing seems to be migraines. I haven't had them for a while and then this week almost every morning I am waking with one. Thankfully I have not been sick with them.
The Addisons seems to be under control at the moment, I do crave salt at times and have had moments where I eat just salt.
The Behcets also seems to be slightly better. The doctor stopped the inflammation tablets which was hell for about a week. I do have pains but I am trying to manage it. I am now trying the "paingone". I will let you know how it goes.
Well the IBS horrible condition. I am back on the Colfac which seems to be working and when I go out I use the Imodium. So far it has had its moments but I am hoping this is something I can at last manage.
The Dercums is another thing. This is not under control and seems to be speeding the growths, no one can tell me how big the legs are going to get or the lumps which is called fatty tumour. This pain also I find at present unmanageable but I am trying not to let it take over. Some studies show steroids increase the growth but I can not stop steroids as they are keeping me alive. I am sure the answer is out there somewhere just got the find it.
Well still lots to do as I have to make Christmas cards. Where has the time gone? I am knitting a little (I am a beginner). Making scarfs for friends for their Christmas presents. I would love to meet up with anyone if you are interested? Please let me know.
Well do hope all of you are okay and hope with winter setting in you are all keeping warm and pain free as much as you can.
Motto: Live each day as it comes.

Thank you Alison for getting up and doing something especially when it must often feel like the last thing you want to do
