Hi All,
Well have been up and down health-wise. Still no control on the pain and the IBS is terrible. Now have developed an itchy foot not sure why this is happening.... My Addisons is really playing up, my hands and feet are tanned, again not sure why this is happening.
I do wonder if the weather plays a part in aggravating the diseases i.e. weather pressure and the damp would make sense to me. Also now have these headaches back again. I had not suffered from these for quite a number of years now these are happening almost daily. Is there anyone else having these problems?
With the IBS I have tried everything from avoiding foods and changing my diet. All that works is taking imodume so I can at least leave the flat for an appointment. I have got to a stage where I do not want to eat before I go out.
The fatty tumour on the back of my neck does seem to be getting larger, this is leaving me feeling like I have whiplash every morning when I wake up. Also my finger nails are split under the nail (like they are coming away from the skin under the nail). Very painful again not sure what to do with this issue.
I do feel like my body is attacking itself again have sudden fatigue during the afternoon, but have woken up feeling I have slept ok during the night. It does take me some time to go off to sleep some nights. I feel like the energy has been drained out of me when the fatigue hits me, there is no warning just feel like I need to lay down.
With all this in mind I am currently still waiting to be moved due to medical reasons. I have been waiting 2 years, the outlook is not good, it could be up to 5 years before they are able to find me a place. I have also taken a lot of thought in to moving to the UK as my conditions are rare and we have limited access to medical knowledge here. I want to be able to improve my health and living conditions, but I do know this might not be the answer, as the grass is not always greener on the other side. Any Ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.
I do hope to find other people who have the same conditions as me and hope that reaching out I might find a possible way forward.
Do hope everyone is keeping well and hope this raises awareness for other suffers too.

Thank you Alison for getting up and doing something especially when it must often feel like the last thing you want to do
