Well have been down a little.  Think the cold weather is effecting me a little and had such a head cold.  I have been using the cyclo-ssage and think there are definite improvements.  I am still only doing 15 minutes.

The Behcets really was playing up the last few days and then the Addison's has decided to let me know it is still there.  Hands are really tanned.  Of course they couldn't leave the Dercums out, pain has beyond a joke.  Is there anyone else out there with these conditions?  Sometimes I feel I must be alone....  I do email other suffers on facebook but it's just not the same as meeting someone with these conditions and have a chat.  

Well must be upbeat about things they could be worse.  Just getting my head round that there is no treatment for some of these things and learning how to manage without them controlling my life.  With all that the IBS has kicked in to.  No matter what I eat I have now got to a stage where it is easier to skip a meal if I need to leave the flat.  

Sometimes wonder with our technology why are there superbugs and diseases like these around?  I also wonder if some of this is genetic and think there should be more tests in this area.  Maybe a nice doctor will see this and think yes we have funding for that or be interested in finding a link somewhere.
